Key Responsibilities
1. Solution & Development:Independently design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform based on business requirements.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:Actively engage with stakeholders to understand pain points,



clarify problem statements, and present technical solutions in a clear, non-technical manner.
3. End-to-End Ownership:Manage assigned tasks from inception through production deployment with minimal supervision, ensuring best practices are maintained.
4. Integration & Architecture:Build and maintain robust inbound and outbound integrations to connect Salesforce seamlessly with external systems.

Technical Requirements & Competencies
1. Core Development & Up-to-date Frameworks
LWC & Aura: Strong proficiency in building reusable, high-performing components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the legacy Aura Framework.
Apex: Expert knowledge of advanced Apex development, specifically Apex Triggers (bulkified and framework-driven) and Asynchronous Apex (Queueable, Batchable, Future methods, and Schedulable).
Legacy Support: Good exposure to Visualforce Pages to maintain, optimize, or migrate le
