Required Skills:

4–10 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
Mandatory hands-on experience with AS400 / IBM i testing.
Mandatory Retail Domain experience.
Strong experience testing Retail Merchandising, Inventory, Pricing, Sales Audit, Warehouse Management, and POS applications.
Valuable understanding of AS400 job monitoring, job scheduling, and spool files.
Experience with batch processing and interface validation.
Strong knowledge of Web Services and API testing.
Good understanding of XML and JSON.
Experience with file-based integrations.
Strong understanding of data reconciliation and integration testing.
Experience with production validation and production support.
Hands-on experience with Jira or similar test/defect management tools.
Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
Robust understanding of retail business processes and end-to-end retail transaction flows.
