Role Description The Architect will work full time on-site in Mumbai, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality architectural projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and detailed plans,



and coordinating design solutions across structural, MEP, and interior disciplines. The role involves conducting site visits, performing spatial and feasibility analyses, and ensuring designs align with local regulations, codes, and client requirements. The Architect will support project implementation by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants, tracking progress against timelines, and addressing design-related issues during construction. The position also requires regular client interaction to gather requirements, present design options, incorporate feedback, and maintain alignment with project budgets and schedules.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and construction detailing.
