Experience: 7+ years as Team Lead or Senior Developer

Key Responsibility Area
· Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
· Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components of our software application.
· Utilize Java Spring Boot ,Microservices for back-end services and Javascript, Bootstrap for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
· Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Ensure that all development processes adhere to best practices,



including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
· Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
· Promote a collaborative and creative team environment, promoting continuous learning and development.
· Drive productivity improvements by integrating AI-powered tools and automation into development workflows, optimizing code efficiency, and enhancing team performance.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role in software development.
Expertise in Java Spring Boot for back-end development and basic experience in front-end development.
· Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
