Position Summary:
As the Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for driving the solutions strategy and execution across all engineering teams within Forsys Innovations. You will lead the development of scalable, high-performance systems that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:




Define and implement the overall solutions vision and roadmap in alignment with the company’s business goals.
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company’s solution strategy, including system architecture, and product innovation.
Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Product & Solution Leadership:
Drive the development and packaging of the Forsys Solutions to align with the market and solution fit.
Develop scalable and performance oriented architecture for the Forsys products and solutions.
Lead the Product & Solution development teams to deliver the roadmap items in a consistent timely manner with high quality.

Engineering Excellence:
Enable the AI led design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and reliable systems and applications in Forsys Implementations.
Establish and enforce best practices for AI led coding, testing, DevOps, and
