About Us Meraki Ads is a performance marketing agency (SEO, paid media, web, branding) with 400+ projects across 10+ countries. Meraki Tech is our product engineering arm - 150+ products shipped across 11 industries (FinTech, HealthTech, AI/ML, PropTech, and more).

We need a writer to build our LinkedIn presence across three fronts - the founder's personal profile, Meraki Ads, and Meraki Tech - in close support of sales outreach.

About the Role A writing-first role with a direct line into sales. You'll write for three voices:

Founder (personal) - first-person, opinionated, builder-to-builder tone: lessons learned, hot takes, behind-the-scenes.
Meraki Ads - client results, service education, case studies, "why us" positioning.
Meraki Tech - technical credibility content: engineering challenges solved, project spotlights, team/culture.
You'll also do lead-targeted commenting: engaging on the profiles of prospects sales is actively reaching out to, so the founder's name is already familiar by the time outreach lands. This is deliberate and list-driven, not generic engagement.





What You'll Own
Founder Content: Interview the founder regularly to turn raw ideas into polished posts in her voice. Mix of formats: text posts, carousels, short video scripts. Draft comments for general visibility on other creators' content.
Lead-Targeted Guest Commenting (Sales Support) Take a running lead list from sales and comment thoughtfully on those prospects' recent posts - specific, genuine, never generic filler. Time it around when sales sends the connection request/InMail, so the name is already familiar. Log who's been engaged and when; flag any prospect who engages back, since that's a solid signal for sales.
Meraki Ads Content- Turn client work and service offerings into post-ready content, resultsframed rather than a brag sheet. Repurpose existing marketing assets (case studies, testimonials) into a steady pipeline.
Meraki Tech Content : Translate technical work (AI/ML builds,
