Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the organization's HR vision, strategy, and people agenda
• Partner closely with directors and business leaders on organizational growth and transformation initiatives
• Lead talent acquisition for critical leadership, technical, sales, and corporate functions
• Design succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential talent programs
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
• Build HR systems, policies, governance frameworks, and compliance mechanisms
• Lead workforce planning, compensation strategy, and productivity initiatives
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance

Ideal Candidate Profile
• MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resources from a reputed institution
• 8–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or allied sectors




• Demonstrated success in building and scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth
• Strong exposure to organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and statutory compliance
• Experience working closely with promoters, CXOs, and senior leadership teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational goals into people strategies
