About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing – Meta Ads Specialist who is highly hands-on with Meta Ads, B2B lead generation, funnel building and conversion optimisation.
You will manage campaigns across 15+ brands,



with a solid focus on generating high-quality MQLs and business opportunities rather than simply increasing lead volume.
The role requires an understanding of high-ticket B2B audiences, including customers and business buyers where the potential transaction/investment value can be ₹1–2 Crore+.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation and conversions.
Identify and target the right B2B audiences, including business owners, investors, franchise buyers and decision-makers.
Build and optimise funnels across Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Conversion.
Focus on MQL quality, CPL, conversion rate, CAC and revenue contribution.
Develop retargeting and remarketing strategies for high-intent audiences.
Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, offers and landing pages.
Analyse campaign and sales data to identify performance gaps and improve conversion.
Manage budgets and scale successful campaigns while maintaining lead quality.
