About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to take complete ownership of sales and business development at Touchwood.
You will be the only dedicated sales qualified in the company, responsible for building the sales pipeline from scratch and taking opportunities from prospecting to closing.
You will work directly with the founders and creative team to convert business opportunities into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Research and connect with founders, CMOs, marketing heads and decision-makers.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, cold calling, networking, referrals and events.




Conduct discovery calls and client meetings.
Understand client requirements and pitch relevant Touchwood services.
Prepare and coordinate proposals and presentations.
Handle negotiations, objections and follow-ups.
Close new clients and generate recurring business.
Maintain and manage the company's CRM and sales pipeline.
Track leads, meetings, proposals, conversions and revenue.
Work with the founders and internal teams to ensure a smooth handover after closing.
What We're Looking For
1-4 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in marketing, advertising, media, creative agencies or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to confidently speak with founders and senior decision-makers.
Strong understanding of marketing and creative services.
Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skil
