? About the Role




The Product Master Data Specialist will be responsible for product master data governance, SKU/item creation, product classification, and Bill of Materials (BOM) management within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The role will ensure that quotations and sales orders use accurate and approved inventory SKUs while maintaining high standards of data quality and preventing duplicate or obsolete product records.
? Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the Product Master Data Governance process.
Create and maintain item masters, product attributes, categories, dimensions, and units of measure in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Review and approve recent SKU requests while preventing duplicate item creation.
Create and maintain Sales BOMs, Kit BOMs, and other BOM structures.
Translate customer requirements into structured SKUs and BOMs.
Establish and maintain product naming and classification standards.
Maintain HS/Cust
