Compensation: Fixed Salary 20k + Performance-Based Incentives

Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and proactive Assistant Sales Executive to support our sales process by connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, sharing quotations and consistently following up to convert genuine opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and connect with leads received through digital campaigns, references and other sources.

Understand the prospect’s business requirements and identify genuine sales opportunities.

Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, timeline and decision-making readiness.

Explain relevant services and provide basic information to prospects.

Coordinate internally to prepare and share quotations/proposals with qualified prospects.

Conduct regular and systematic follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email.

Maintain accurate records of leads, discussions,



quotations and follow-up status.

Schedule meetings/calls with senior team members when required.

Follow up on quotations until the lead is converted, closed or classified appropriately.

Work towards monthly lead qualification and conversion targets.

Required Skills:
Good communication and telephone etiquette, robust follow-up skills, basic sales understanding, proficiency with WhatsApp/email/Excel or CRM, ability to understand client requirements, and a disciplined approach to maintaining lead records.
Proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi

Compensation:
Fixed 20k Monthly Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives based on qualified leads and/or successful conversions.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, inside sales, business development or client coordination. Experience in a digital marketing, advertising, branding, IT or service-based company will be an advantage.
