About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Team Lead to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure consistent achievement of business targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, team management, lead conversion, customer engagement, and closing, preferably in EdTech, training, education, or a target-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives.
Own and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
Monitor team performance, conversion rates, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
Coach team members on sales pitching, objection handling, negotiation,



and closing.
Personally support the team in handling high-value or difficult leads and closing deals.
Ensure proper lead allocation, follow-ups, and CRM discipline.
Conduct daily sales huddles, performance reviews, and regular one-on-one feedback sessions.
Analyse sales data and identify gaps to improve team productivity and conversion.
Train new team members on products, sales processes, CRM, and customer handling.
Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy and process improvement.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, with at least 1 year of team-handling experience.
Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, SaaS, or other target-driven industries preferred.
