About the Role
We are looking for an experienced FIT Sales professional to manage high-value international travel enquiries and HNI/UHNI clients.
The candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent consultative selling skills and the ability to create and sell customized, experiential international itineraries.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete FIT sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Handle HNI/UHNI clients and build long-term relationships.
* Understand client requirements and create personalized travel experiences.
* Sell customized and multi-country international itineraries.




* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
* Coordinate with Product, Operations, Visa and Finance teams.
* Drive repeat and referral business.

Destination Knowledge – U.S, U.K, Europe (mainly)

Strong knowledge of international destinations, particularly:
* Africa
* South America
* Europe
* Central Asia

The candidate should be confident discussing destinations, routing, hotels, experiences, seasonality, transportation, and visa requirements.
First-hand international travel experience will be an advantage.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have
* 5–9 years of experience in FIT sales, luxury travel, outbound travel or hospitality.
* Proven experience handling HNI/UHNI or high-value clients.
* Robust destination knowledge and experience creating customized itineraries.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
