Role Overview
We’re seeking a agile and empathetic Sales Executive who can convert interest into trust. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding families and seniors through our offerings — from inquiry to enrollment — while ensuring every interaction reflects care, credibility, and confidence.
This is an in-office role (Bangalore-based) with 20–30% travel for offline activations, community events, and on-ground conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert potential leads into paying clients.




Conduct consultations with families to understand health goals and recommend suitable wellness plans.
Execute on-ground sales activities including society events, health camps, and community partnerships.
Build strong client relationships through empathy, consistent follow-ups, and post-conversion care.
Maintain accurate lead records and track progress through CRM systems.
Collaborate with physiotherapists, marketing, and operations teams for smooth onboarding and retention.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in health, fitness, or wellness sectors.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to close deals through consultative selling.
Comfortable with structured sales tracking and CRM tools.
Ability to travel within Bangalore for events or client visits (20–30%).
