Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy new features for our Android application from concept through to
launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on
scalability and performance.
Optimize app performance and troubleshoot issues to improve the overall user experience. Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. Implement best practices for testing, observability, and continuous integration. Keep up with emerging Android technologies and best practices, continuously improving our development processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications




Experience: 4+ years of Android development experience, with a focus on building and scaling consumer-grade mobile applications.
Languages: Proficient in Kotlin with a robust understanding of object-oriented and functional programming.
UI Development: Strong expertise with a minimum of 2 years of experience building with Jetpack Compose.
Architecture: Solid understanding of Android architectural components (View Model, Live Data, Room, etc.) and Clean Architecture principles.
Code Quality: Obsession with clean, maintainable code and modular design. Mindset: A "tech purist" approach - you enjoy building things the right way, not just the fastest way
Bonus: Exposure to early-stage startups, open-source contributions, or serious side projects Critical Aspects
