We're looking for a senior mobile engineer who is Flutter-first in day-to-day delivery and the single point of expertise for i OS platform when it matters. You'llspend most of your time building and owning Flutterfeatures, and step in as the definitive i OS voice whenever platform-level challenges arise — performance, native integrations, App Store compliance, security, or production incidents.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter features that power customer-facing experiences across i OS and Android. Build reusable, scalable,and maintainable application components following up-to-date mobile engineering best practices. Own features end-to-end — from technical design and implementation to testing, release,and production monitoring. Serve as the go-to i OS platform expertfor the team — resolving native platform challenges, leading i OS-specific integrations, and owning App Store releases. Bridge native i OS capabilities into the Flutter layer through platform channels when required. Optimise application performance, responsiveness,



and reliability across i OS devices. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and Data teams to deliver end-to-end features. Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and engineering best practices. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and developer tooling. What We're Looking For
Experience
4–6 years of mobile engineering experience. Primary expertise in i OS development using Swift — deep, not surface-level. i OS Platform
Swift — strong proficiency: concurrency (async/await, actors), memory management, and performance-aware coding. Swift UI and UIKit working knowledge — able to make informed architectural decisions. i OS platform internals: app lifecycle, push notifications, Keychain, local storage, and security best practices. App Store process: provisioning, code signing, Test Flight, and review compliance. Debugging at depth: Instruments, crash symbolication
