About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Full Stack Developer who can independently work on both frontend and backend development and is highly comfortable using modern AI development tools such as Claude, Chat GPT, and other AI coding assistants.
The ideal candidate should be able to take a feature from requirement → development → testing → debugging → deployment with minimal supervision.
We are looking for someone who does not simply use AI to generate code, but understands the generated code, reviews it, improves it, debugs it, and can make sound technical decisions independently.
Required Technical Skills Frontend




Strong experience with React.js Robust experience with Vite Java Script / Type Script React Hooks State management REST API integration Responsive UI development Form handling and validation Component architecture Performance optimization Debugging frontend issues Backend
Strong experience with Node.js Express.js Nest JS REST API development Authentication and authorization JWT / session-based authentication API validation and error handling Third-party API integrations Webhooks Payment gateway integrations Background jobs / scheduled tasks Understanding of scalable backend architecture Databases
Strong practical experience with:
Postgre SQL Mongo DB Database design Relationships and data modeling Indexing Query optimization Transactions Migrations Data integrity Performance optimization The developer should understand when to use Postgre SQL vs Mongo DB, rather than simply knowing how to write basic queries.
AI Development Skills
This is an important part of the role.
The candidate should be highly comfortable using:
