About the Role
Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize Service Now applications.
Responsibilities
Work on ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog. Configure and maintain CMDB, CIs, and relationships. Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flow Designer. Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations. Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions. Qualifications
4+ years of Service Now development experience Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience in ITSM and CMDB Good knowledge of Java Script and Service Now scripting Experience with Service Now workflows/Flow Designer Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations Good communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills
Service Now CSA/CAD/CIS certification.
