Scope of Work
Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. Build secure microservices with JWT authentication, validation, and error handling. Design and optimize Mongo DB schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines. Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS EC2 and IAM. Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub Actions or Jenkins. Design and implement real-time streaming solutions using Apache Kafka. Manage Kafka topics, partitions, consumer groups, and offsets. Configure and maintain Kafka Connect integrations. Build CDC pipelines using Debezium for My SQL/Aurora data capture. Manage Schema Registry and schema evolution using Avro/JSON. Develop stream-processing applications using Kafka Streams or Flink. Monitor Kafka environments, including DLQs, consumer lag, and performance. Support Kafka deployments on Confluent Platform or AWS MSK.



Mandatory Requirements
4+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development. Robust knowledge of JWT authentication, validation, and exception handling. Hands-on experience with Mongo DB schema design, indexing, and aggregations. Experience with AWS EC2 and IAM. Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes. Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions or Jenkins. Strong understanding of DSA, including arrays, trees, graphs, hashing, and complexity. Expertise in Apache Kafka, including topics, partitions, consumer groups, and offsets. Experience with Kafka Connect source and sink connectors. Knowledge of Debezium CDC, binlog capture, and GTID handling. Familiarity with Schema Registry, Avro, and JSON schema evolution. Experience with Kafka Streams or Apache Flink. Knowledge of DLQ handling, lag monitoring, and Kafka tuning. Exposure to Confluent Platform or AWS MSK preferred.
