We are seeking a skilled Service Now Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Service Now platform. This role involves ensuring smooth IT service management (ITSM) and CMDB, support HR,



SOC & production-related workflows, and integrate Service Now with enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration
Manage day-to-day operations of the Service Now platform Perform upgrades, patches, and system maintenance Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues Configuration & Customization
Configure Service Now modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge). Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and reports. Create customized dashboards for Senior Management, Plants, Groups, End-users and manufacturing-specific KPIs (e.g., Executive Dashboard for all plants, downtime tracking, capacity planning, maintenance requests, etc.,). Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate Service Now with Active Directory, Success Factors, Attendance systems, SOC Applications, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Support integration with
