Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). 4-7 years of professional experience in backend software development. Solid proficiency in Java Script and Type Script. Hands-on experience with Node.js and Nest JS frameworks. Expertise with Mongo DB, Redis, and Kafka. Experience in B2 C is a must Experience with Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration. Good understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (Datadog) and ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test,



and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. Take technical ownership of projects and features, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Architect and enhance microservices within a distributed system. Collaborate with frontend, product, and Dev Ops teams to define and deliver solutions. Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Jenkins. Manage and monitor deployments using Kubernetes. Work with databases such as Mongo DB, Redis, and messaging systems like Kafka. Monitor and optimize application performance using tools such as Datadog. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as part of a shared on-call rotation. Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and contribute to engineering best practices.
