HCLTech is looking for passionate professionals to join our team as VR Content Developers / VR Simulation Creators.
Location: Bangalore (Jigani )
Preferred Background
✔ BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Note: This is not a software development role. The focus is on VR simulation and content creation using a pre-built drag-and-drop platform (no coding required).
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience (Mechanical Engineering background preferred)
Strong knowledge of CAD Modeling and 3 D Animation
Experience in simulation workflows and industrial processes
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
Valuable to Have
Exposure to VR simulation tools Experience in manufacturing or industrial simulations Understanding of immersive learning and training solutions Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and customer needs. Create and refine prototypes and proof-of-concept designs.



Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality simulation content. Support design reviews and quality standards. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing. Skills Required
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
Figma & Sketch
In Vision / Axure
Visual Communication & User-Centered Design Principles
Strong presentation and communication skills
