Job Description
Must-haves
At least 5 years of strong experience in Production Support / Dev Ops roles within enterprise environments. Hands-on experience supporting Java applications, including troubleshooting and log analysis. Experience with Unix/Linux systems is a good-to-have. Experience supporting APIs and service-based architectures. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including: Azure Kubernetes (AKS)
Azure Cosmos DB
Azure SQL Server
Azure Static Web Apps
Blob Storage
Proficiency in SQL Experience with Git Hub Positive understanding of Dev Ops practices and operational workflows. Experience with Monitoring and Observability tools, preferably Dynatrace. Experience with Snowflake is a good to have (available to upskill)



Execute and support Dev Ops processes, including deployments, releases, and environment validation. Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using Service Now. Manage batch processing and scheduling activities using Control-M. Summary skills
