We are looking for a Service Now ITOM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java Script, Service Now configuration, customization, scripting, and ITOM implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, customize, and maintain Service Now ITOM solutions. Perform Service Now scripting using Java Script, including server-side and client-side scripting. Configure and customize CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM workflows. Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Data Policies. Customize Service Now applications based on business and technical requirements. Work with REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, JSON, XML, and external systems where required. Support CMDB data management, CI relationships, identification/reconciliation, and data quality. Develop and maintain workflows/automation using Service Now platform capabilities. Troubleshoot performance, configuration, scripting,



and integration issues. Follow Service Now development standards, upgrade-secure customization practices, and best practices. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, and other technical teams. Mandatory Skills
Solid hands-on experience in Service Now ITOM Development. Strong Java Script programming and Service Now scripting. Experience in Service Now configuration and customization. Good knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and workflows. Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML and Service Now integrations. Strong understanding of Service Now platform architecture and development lifecycle. Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment. Advanced Java Script is particularly relevant for Service Now development, alongside scripting and integration technologies such as RE
