Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect to lead platform architecture and set the technical direction across client engagements. In this hands-on role, you will design scalable, upgrade-safe solutions, mentor teams, resolve complex issues, and ensure platform governance. Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Design and own end-to-end Service Now architecture (data models, integrations, security). Define and enforce standards, mentor teams, and ensure upgrade readiness. Lead client engagements, architecture sessions, and platform governance. Drive automation, scalability,



and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA). Qualifications:
Architect (15+ years): 7+ years Service Now experience; 4+ full implementations; expertise in platform fundamentals, scripting, integrations, and technical leadership. Senior Architect (20+ years): Proven large-scale program leadership; multi-client platform ownership; roadmap influence and practice development.
