Roles and Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Deal Cloud CRM to meet complex business requirements. Design, implement, and maintain workflows, scripts, and integrations within Deal Cloud. Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations and related automation. Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality and performance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Deal Cloud-related issues. Manage deal pipelines, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making. Document configurations, development processes, and user guides. Skills Required:
5 - 10 years of relevant experience in CRM development, integrations,



and reporting. API development and integration experience (REST/SOAP). Reporting and analytics for deal pipeline decision-making. Deal Cloud CRM configuration and customization (entities, fields, workflows, dashboards). Java Script, HTML, and CSS for scripting and UI-related configuration within CRM. Positive to Have:
Power Platform experience. Deal Cloud CRM development experience with advanced workflows and automation. Education: Any Graduation (Computer Science or Information Technology preferred).
