Role Details
Role: Conversational AI Engineer Experience: 2+ Years Location: Pune/Chennai/Kochi (Hybrid Mode) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred Key Responsibilities
Design scalable bot/agent architectures and multi-step agentic workflows. Create prompts, personas, guardrails, and deterministic hybrid Gen AI flows. Integrate CRM, ERP, and CCaa S systems using REST APIs, MCP, and Graph QL. Transform and validate LLM outputs using JS/TS, Python, or Java. Tech Stack & Requirements
Conversational AI Platforms: Cognigy. AI, Amazon Bedrock Agent Core, Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Google CCAI, Kore.ai, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Parloa. Core Languages: Java Script/Type Script (Node.js) required; Python or Java preferred. APIs & Protocols: REST, Graph QL, g RPC, MCP. LLM & Gen AI Concepts: System Prompts, Guardrails, Context Windows, Embeddings, Temperature, RAG (Pinecone/Weaviate/pgvector). Dev Ops & Tools: Git, Jira, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP.
