Lead architecture and technical design initiatives while remaining hands-on with development Mentor engineering teams and establish development standards Drive code quality and best engineering practices Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient AWS-based applications Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders Utilize modern development approaches including Dev Sec Ops, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-assisted development tools Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership and mentorship responsibilities Strong backend development experience using. NET and REST APIs Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS Experience with microservices, serverless architectures, and distributed systems Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Sec Ops practices, and Infrastructure as Code Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions Experience with Angular Nice to Haves
Terraform Kafka, Solace, or other event-driven messaging platforms AWS Certifications
