Job Title: Service Now CMDB Lead (ITOM)

Work timings : 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Required:
5–10 years of overall IT experience with solid hands-on Service Now CMDB expertise Proven experience in Service Now Discovery (minimum 3–5 years preferred, not mandatory) Strong knowledge of ITOM modules – Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management Experience with AIOps / Predictive Intelligence / event correlation frameworks Deep understanding of CMDB data modeling, identification & reconciliation rules (IRE) Experience working with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) Experience with service graph connectors. Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, MID Server, cloud APIs – AWS/Azure/GCP) Exposure to large-scale enterprise implementations / greenfield setups Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Good to Have
Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) Knowledge of cloud discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP)



Familiarity with Service Now best practices and security standards Certifications such as Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CIS-ITOM Job Summary
