Responsibilities
Build scalable backend services using Golang Develop REST/g RPC APIs Implement automation logic & ticket lifecycle management Design systems for customer support workflows & escalations Integrate third-party APIs (Connectors like Whats App, CRM, etc.) Optimize performance and database queries ? Required Skills
Strong Golang fundamentals (goroutines, channels) Experience with Postgre SQL/My SQL Knowledge of Redis / caching Understanding of JWT/OAuth Familiarity with Docker & API architecture High ownership. Build from scratch. Scale with us. Work Experience: 2-4 years
