Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend services and microservices using Python. API Engineering: Architect and implement high-performance RESTful APIs and Graph QL schemas, integrating external third-party services and downstream systems using JSON-based payloads. Database Design & Management: Model, optimize, and manage No SQL databases (primarily Mongo DB) as well as relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, MSSQL) for query performance and data integrity. System Administration & Tooling: Develop, deploy,



and debug applications directly in Linux/Unix environments. Code Quality & Mentorship: Drive clean architecture, comprehensive unit/integration testing, and code reviews across Git-based workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, QA, and Dev Ops engineers within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver sprint commitments predictably. Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 8–12 years of professional software engineering experience primarily using Python. Framework Expertise: Deep practical experience with core Python web frameworks such as Fast API, Django, or Flask. API Technologies: Demonstrated expertise in designing, securing, and documenting RESTful APIs. Practical experience implementing and consuming Graph QL APIs.
