We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), integrations, and proven development skills in Service Now scripting and configuration.
Skill Set: Service Now Development, ITSM, Java Script, Integration (REST/SOAP APIs).
B. Tech/B. E. in Computer Science or a related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience.
Required Skills & Experience: -
7+ Years of hands-on experience as a Service Now Developer. Service Now Expertise:



Hands-on experience with the Service Now platform, particularly in ITSM modules and knowledge on Security Operations (Sec Ops) suite or platform is preferred. Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Service Now Development including: Business Rules, ACLs, Script Includes, Scripting (Java Script Glide APIs). Integration Experience: Proven experience integrating Service Now with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Exposure to Integration Hub is preferable. Process Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes and having knowledge on Sec Ops domain would be highly desirable. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements.
