Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for applications built on Python Django, Vue.js, and Postgre SQL. Perform analysis, debugging, and resolution of complex technical issues in a 24/7 production setting (if applicable). Work closely with development teams to identify root causes and drive permanent fixes. Monitor application performance, logs, and message flows across Kafka topics, Camel routes, and backend services. Support deployments and operational activities on Open Shift including pod debugging, log tracing, and service monitoring. Handle data-related activities involving Postgre SQL databases, including writing queries, optimization, and troubles Work
