Job Summary
The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions , , C#, and SQL Server. The individual will oversee the technical architecture, design, development, and deployment of projects while ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for projects. Ensure project timelines are met and projects are delivered within budget. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to complex problems. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends , , and sql server development. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to enhance overall team performance. Proficiency in developing web applications using mvc, c#, and sql. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (sdlc) and agile methodologies.
