Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation & Developer Enablement Lead to drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-native software engineering practices using Git Hub Enterprise Cloud, Git Hub Copilot, Agentic AI, and Git Hub Actions. The role will lead developer productivity transformation initiatives, implement AI-driven software development practices, and enable engineering teams through coaching, change management, and large-scale adoption programs. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in Dev Ops transformation, developer enablement, AI-assisted software engineering, and enterprise-scale technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise adoption of Git Hub Copilot, Agentic AI, and AI-native engineering practices to improve development productivity and software delivery outcomes. Assess AI readiness and engineering maturity across development, QA, Dev Ops,



and platform engineering teams, identifying capability gaps and defining transformation roadmaps. Implement AI-driven software development lifecycle operating models leveraging Git Hub Enterprise Cloud, Git Hub Copilot, and Git Hub Actions. Drive adoption of agent-assisted and AI-enabled engineering workflows across planning, requirements, development, testing, deployment, and operational activities. Execute AI transformation initiatives through structured onboarding programs, champion networks, change management activities, and adoption acceleration strategies. Design and enable AI-powered engineering workflows utilizing Agentic AI concepts and automation capabilities within the Git Hub ecosystem. Lead developer enablement initiatives through hands-on coaching, workshops, office hours, and knowledge-sharing programs.
