About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to own and improve critical backend systems built on the Microsoft technology stack.
You will work across C#/. NET services, REST APIs, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, and Azure Dev Ops CI/CD.
This is a high-ownership role with limited day-to-day technical handholding. We need someone who can understand existing systems, diagnose issues independently, make sound technical decisions, and drive work through completion.
Responsibilities




Develop and maintain backend applications using C# and. NET Design, maintain, and troubleshoot REST APIs and integrations Manage and improve Azure resources and Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines Maintain and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and data-access patterns Diagnose production issues across applications, databases, cloud infrastructure, and deployments Improve reliability, scalability, monitoring, performance, and deployment processes Contribute to backend architecture and technical decision-making Proactively identify and resolve technical risks and operational issues Required experience
