Responsibilities
4+ years of developing Service Now solutions, with 3+ years specifically focused on EC Pro Portal, User experience, mobile applications and App engine studio. Lead the design, build, and implementation of Service Now Employee Center Pro portal, mobile applications, and user experience enhancements. Design and implement best-in-class user interfaces for portals and mobile environments ensuring optimal UX. Create custom widgets, dashboards, and interfaces within Service Now EC Pro Portal using HTML, CSS, Angular JS, React JS, and other front-end technologies. Hands-on experience in Java Script (ES12 refactoring a plus). Experience configuring Service Now AI/ML features Familiarity with integrating Service Now AI tools with third party applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide technical solutions, and align with Service Now platform capabilities Leverage Service Now Mobile Studio for designing performant and scalable mobile apps. Enhance Service Now UX design to improve usability, accessibility, and navigation efficiency.



Integrate Service Now with third-party tools and systems using REST/SOAP APIs and implement authentication standards like OAuth2 and SAML. Utilize Java Script, Glide Script, and Service Now's scripting features for backend functionality and workflow automation. Work with Service Now modules like Service Portal, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Now Mobile for advanced development. Adhere to Service Now coding standards, documentation guidelines, and development best practices. Perform code reviews and foster knowledge-sharing among team members. Act as a technical lead for Service Now projects, managing end-to-end development lifecycle. Conduct unit/SIT testing for the EC Pro portal, UX, and mobile features.
