About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with strong expertise in Nest JS to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing scalable applications, leading development teams, and driving architectural decisions. This role requires a strong backend focus using Nest JS while working across the MERN stack to deliver enterprise-grade products.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack Build robust backend services and REST APIs using Nest JS, Node.js, and Express.js. Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js. Design scalable microservices and enterprise application architecture. Optimize Mongo DB databases for performance and scalability. Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure engineering best practices. Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and cross-functional teams. Drive CI/CD,



containerization, and cloud deployment strategies. Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability. Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Nest JS (Mandatory) MERN Stack (Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Java Script (ES6+) & Type Script React.js, Next.js, Hooks, Redux/Zustand, REST API Development Microservices Architecture Mongo DB (Aggregation, Indexing, Performance Tuning) AWS Cloud Docker & Kubernetes CI/CD (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins) Git Version Control Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 4–12 years of Full Stack Development experience.
