Drive technical excellence through code reviews and best practices
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Mentor developers and contribute to architecture decisions
Ensure quality through automated testing and CI/CD practices
Required Skills
React.js & Angular Java, Spring Boot & Microservices Kafka RESTful APIs & Asynchronous Communication MSSQL & Mongo DB Docker & Kubernetes (K8s) AWS/GCP Cloud Platforms Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT,



API Gateways Dev Ops & CI/CD Pipelines Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Preferred
Experience with AI-assisted development, Anthropic Claude, and Pair Programming with AI
