Job Title: Sail Point Architect
Location: Bangalore
Work Shift : UK & US Shift (5 PM to 1 AM)
Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 7+ Years in Sail Point IIQ/ISC)
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Sail Point IIQ Architect to join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The role involves providing technical expertise across Sail Point Identity IQ (IIQ) or Identity Now (ISC) modules, including provisioning, access certifications, role management, and policy enforcement within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using Sail Point IIQ/ISC Develop and customize connectors, workflows, rules (Java/Bean Shell), forms, and integrations Build and integrate REST APIs for application onboarding Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and deployments of Sail Point solutions Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning,



and access governance Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM requirements and solutions Perform testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities Support application maintenance, enhancements, and IAM operations Technical Skills & Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Sail Point Identity IQ / Identity Now Strong experience in: Provisioning, certification, RBAC, policy enforcement Connector development and application onboarding Workflow and rule development (Java/Bean Shell) Experience with REST API integrations and enterprise systems Good understanding of IAM/IGA concepts (RBAC, SOD, lifecycle management) Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) Exposure to scripting/coding (Java Script, XML, Perl, etc.) Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to troubleshoot and take independent technical decisions Positive communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in preparing tech
