Job Summary • This role is critical for managing the Production Engineering activities of the S2B Security application. Currently, only one resource is available on shift, which poses a significant operational risk for supporting a BC-4 critical application. • Therefore, a replacement resource is required to ensure effective management of Incident Management activities, Change Management processes, RFIs raised by Audit teams, Shift Rota planning and coverage management, Day-to-day BAU support and operational stability Key Responsibilities • This resource is required to ensure effective management of Incident Management activities, Change Management processes, RFIs raised by Audit teams, Shift Rota planning and coverage management,



Day-to-day BAU support and operational stability Skills and Experience Must-have Skills • Java • Spring Boot • API Other Skills • SQL • Service now • KONG • ADO Qualifications • Solid development experience with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues within agreed SLA timelines. • Willingness to work in shifts as required for production support. • Proven experience in managing business-critical applications. • Experience supporting a high volume of clients in a production environment.
