The role involves planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, improving equipment performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting digital and automation initiatives within the plant. Key Responsibilities Equipment & Facility Maintenance Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery. Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain electrical, pneumatic,
utility, and chiller systems to ensure uninterrupted operations. Troubleshoot and repair faulty electrical and mechanical equipment. Plan, coordinate, and supervise repair, installation, and maintenance activities. Reliability & Continuous Improvement Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Monitor and improve key maintenance metrics such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) . Support machinery upgrades, automation initiatives, and process improvement projects. Recommend and implement recent technologies or equipment that improve operational efficiency. Maintenance Planning & Documentation Develop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance procedures and schedules. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and equipment history.
