Hourly rate:$35.58 + 30% + 9.5% Super ($94,813.29 Yearly Salary Package)
Perks:2 RDO's per month and free product for personal use
Shift:Night Shift 11 pm to 7 am (Sunday to Friday)
Employment Conditions:Permanent
QualificationsEngineering Degree plus experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
We're looking for production STARS, these are candidates who are:

Key responsibilities:
- In conjunction with the Supervisor, manage all aspects of production in the Packing Department, using dedicated resources such as key people, equipment and materials to meet or exceed the production plan as efficiently as possible, with minimal wastage of resources
- Support the Supervisor by supervising and training staff




- Be actively involved in the development of staff to create a cohesive and highly skilled team through effective training, mentoring, coaching and communication
- Take responsibility for yours and the team's safety and ensure that all products adhere to required quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised area and contribute suggestions for improvement
- Coordinate timely and accurate delivery and return of packaging materials between Packing Hall and the warehouse

Key Requirements:
- Experience in leading a team
- Be a quick learner and have the ability to multitask
- Proven track record with leading safety and continuous improvement initiatives
- Possess high attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop solid working relationships right across the business
- Has STAR qualities listed above
- Demonstrated knowledge of GMP principles and OH&S; requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Business/Science/Engineering/Pharmacy desired
