Manager Flexible Packaging North Description - Job Title: Industrial Flexible Packaging Sales Manager - North Region (HP Industrial) Role Summary: The Industrial Flexible Packaging Sales Manager will be responsible for driving HP Industrial flexible packaging business across the North region. The role focuses on managing and enabling channel partners, generating and validating sales opportunities, and maturing opportunities through the full sales cycle until closure. This position requires strong consultative selling, partner management, and solution-oriented engagement with converters and brand owners. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Drive sales growth for HP Industrial flexible packaging solutions across the North region. Build and execute regional sales plans aligned with HP's industrial business objectives. Identify, generate, and qualify recent business opportunities with converters,



co-packers, and brand owners. Own the opportunity funnel, ensuring consistent pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy. Partner Management & Enablement Manage and support authorized HP channel partners and resellers in the region. Enable partners through regular engagement, joint customer visits, training, and deal strategy discussions. Ensure partners generate validated opportunities aligned with HP qualification criteria. Support partners in proposal development, ROI justification, and solution positioning. Opportunity Validation & Case Maturation Validate opportunities by assessing customer needs, application fit, volume potential, and investment readiness. Mature sales cases by driving technical evaluations, print trials, proof of concepts, and business case development.
