Your role and responsibilities In this role, as a Platform Owner – Metal Enclosures you will oversee the development, localization, enhancement, and lifecycle management of ABB’s Metal Enclosures and Distribution Board portfolio. You will guide a team of engineers in delivering cutting-edge, cost-effective,



and high-quality solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and market requirements. The work model for the role is: Li-Onsite The role will support for the ABB India Ltd for Electrification Smart Power Business to be based at Nelamangala, BANGALORE, India. You will be mainly accountable for: R&D; Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end R&D; projects, ensuring project milestones, quality objectives, timelines, and effective technical decision-making. Product Development & Innovation: Manage new product development, localization, customization, product enhancements, and technology assessments, including competitive benchmarking. Design, Validation & Compliance: Provide technical guidance to design and validation teams; oversee design reviews, prototypes, testing, validation, corrective actions, and compliance with applicable IEC, IS, and ABB standards.
