Title: SailPoint Developer/Senior SailPoint Developer Position Summary: The global Governance, Risk and Assurance team isresponsible for maintaining compliance with enterprise cybersecurity controlframeworks, policies and procedures. The team is part of the globalCybersecurity Engineering and Assurance organization at Cornerstone OnDemand. The SailPoint Developer plays a critical role insupporting the identity security strategy and vision of the CybersecurityEngineering & Assurance team, and reports into the Associate Director ofCybersecurity & Assurance. In this role, you will be the SailPointIdentityIQ subject matter expert with a broad understanding of Identity & AccessManagement (IAM) processes and implementations. Cornerstone uses SailPoint IIQ forautomated governance of its access control mechanisms covering areas such as accountlifecycle management, role-based access control,



access recertifications, andmore. This role focuses on development of new featuresand integrations based on changing business and cybersecurity requirements, aswell as continuous maintenance of the platform. You should have a solid workingknowledge of IT systems and technologies and enjoy working collaborativelyacross teams. This position requires constant interaction with operations andsecurity teams to comprehend requirements, build innovative solutions, optimizeexisting processes, ensure continuous effectiveness of the SailPoint's IAMgovernance controls, and produce metrics, scorecards, reports and dashboards periodically.
