About the Role

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company revenue goals.

Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify current markets, clients, consultants, and infrastructure opportunities.
- Drive expansion in sectors such as commercial buildings, hospitality, healthcare, education, government, and industrial projects.
- Create annual sales plans, forecasting, and market penetration strategies.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, PMC’s, contractors, and OEM partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business generation.
- Tendering & Project Acquisition
- Lead tender participation, bid management, and proposal submissions.
- Coordinate with estimation, procurement, and operations teams for techno-commercial proposals.




- Monitor government and private tenders relevant to ELV and infrastructure projects.
- Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments.
- Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities in security systems, surveillance, fire alarm systems, IBMS, access control, networking, and allied ELV solutions.

Revenue & Collections
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Support the finance team in payment follow-ups and commercial closures.
- Maintain healthy order booking and profitability margins.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing or related field.
- MBA preferred.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems and infrastructure project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle large-value B2B accounts and strategic clients.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
