Job role:
- We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales – MICE skilled to drive business development and revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in the MICE and corporate events segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through networking,



referrals, LinkedIn, industry events and market research.
- Understand client requirements and prepare event proposals and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with creative, operations, production and vendor teams to develop customized event solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and handover to operations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and pitches.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals while maintaining healthy margins.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and MIS reports.
- Develop business opportunities for corporate conferences, exhibitions, offsites, incentive travel, annual meets, dealer meets and other corporate events.
- Ensure repeat business and strong client relationships.
