About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Manager – Wealth Management to lead and manage a team of Wealth Managers/Relationship Managers. The person will be responsible for driving team-level sales and revenue targets, strengthening client relationships, improving team productivity, and ensuring a high-quality wealth management experience for clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in wealth management, sales, financial advisory, and team leadership, along with a robust understanding of financial markets and investment products.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Wealth Managers/Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Set clear performance expectations, track KPIs,



and drive accountability across the team.
- Conduct regular reviews of team performance, sales pipeline, conversions, revenue, and client acquisition.
- Coach team members on prospecting, client engagement, sales conversations, objection handling, and closing.
- Identify performance gaps and provide structured guidance and support to improve individual productivity.
- Motivate the team and create a high-performance, target-driven environment.

Sales & Business Growth
- Own the overall team acquisition, revenue, and AUM targets.
- Monitor the sales funnel from lead generation and prospecting through onboarding and conversion.
- Review pipeline quality and ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead management.
- Drive opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products such as PMS and increased portfolio allocations.
