To drive business growth, develop new customers, manage key accounts, and strengthen the Home Care and I&I; specialty chemicals portfolio across India. The role requires strong technical understanding, consultative selling capability, supplier/principal development orientation, and the ability to convert customer requirements into value-added chemical solutions.

1. Business Development & Sales
- Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets for the Home Care and I&I; specialty chemicals portfolio.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across detergent, cleaning, disinfectant, hygiene, institutional cleaning, and industrial cleaning segments.
- Expand market share through strategic customer acquisition, customer mapping, and account development.
- Prepare and execute pan-India territory plans, customer development plans, and opportunity pipelines.
- Drive commercialization of specialty ingredients and value-added solutions with existing and new customers.

2. Technical Sales & Customer Support




- Provide technical consultation to customers on formulation development, product selection, troubleshooting, and performance enhancement.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, laboratory discussions, and customer training programs.
- Support customer product development projects by coordinating samples, technical data, prototypes, trials, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with internal application/R&D; teams to address customer requirements and translate technical needs into commercial opportunities.
- Maintain robust product knowledge across surfactants, polymers, solvents, preservatives, chelating agents, rheology modifiers, enzymes, and performance additives.

3. Key Account Management
- Manage relationships with key accounts, formulators, manufacturers, distributors, and channel partners across India.
